Ideal stay for a couple

We arrived at the hotel just a short stroll from the water taxi and were greeted with warm smiles and a glass of refreshing juice. The breakfast spread was amazing, with everything from pastries to fresh fruit and the staff just couldn’t do enough for us, always checking if we needed anything.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but given the location and service it was still okay.

Hotel Da Bruno was an excellent choice for our stay in Venice! The location is prime, just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge. The room was cozy and well-equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and good WiFi. Staff were super friendly and even provided breakfast that included a variety of tasty options, including warm pastries and fruits. The bathroom was small but perfectly functional.

Room dimensions lean on the smaller side, making movement a bit tricky. The shower is too cramped even for a smaller guy, and the chair by the table just eats up more valuable space. Heating decided to take the last day off, leaving things a bit chilly when it got cold outside. The thin walls amplify sounds from the corridor and neighboring rooms—great if you like background noise, not so much if you're a light sleeper. Only sparkling water in the mini-bar would frustrate anyone needing hydration, especially since asking to refill a bottle outside breakfast hours was a no-go.

i had a nice stay at da bruno for 2 nights in an economy single room. the staff were exceptional, helping with my bags and offering a fantastic restaurant suggestion. the location was perfect for exploring the area. The complimentary hot drinks were a lovely touch.

easy access to st mark's square and rialto bridge

During my stay, I was thrilled to find that both St Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge were just a few minutes away on foot, making my city strolls incredibly easy and enjoyable. The charming little street with great food options right outside added to the overall experience.
